Legacy Gymnastics is committed to a safe, respectful, and positive environment for every child and family. If you have a concern about coaching, communication, scheduling, safety, or any club service, please use this page to let us know. We review all concerns seriously and aim to resolve issues fairly, respectfully, and as quickly as possible.
Urgent Safeguarding Notice
If a child is in immediate danger or at risk of harm, do not use this form. Contact club management directly at +971 54 245 0444 or, where required, notify UAE emergency services (999) or child-protection authorities. Serious safeguarding concerns are escalated immediately under our child-protection procedures, separate from routine complaints.
How Our Process Works
For minor concerns — a missed skill, a scheduling question, a misunderstanding — we encourage you to contact our admin team directly by WhatsApp or email. Many issues resolve quickly this way. Please do not approach coaches during active classes for safety and focus reasons.
Use this form for unresolved concerns, repeated issues, or matters involving a coach, staff member, billing, or a sensitive situation that requires confidential management review.
We acknowledge all submissions within 24–72 hours. A full review and response follows after investigation. Safeguarding-flagged submissions are treated as priority and escalated immediately.
We will contact you through your preferred method to share the outcome. If you remain unsatisfied, you may request escalation to senior management.
